Cleveland Controls Model AFS-398 is an Air Pressure Sensing Switch with 0.05" WC to 2.0" WC adjustable setpoint range.

The plated housing contains a diaphragm, a calibration spring, and a snap-acting SPDT switch. The sample connections located on each side of the diaphragm accept 1/4" OD metallic tubing by the integral compression ferrule and nut. An enclosure cover protects against accidental contact with the live switch terminal screws and set point adjusting screw. The enclosure cover accepts a 1/2" conduit connection.

AFS-398 Switch is mainly used for HVAC and Energy Management applications. Also, it can be used to sense positive, negative, or differential air pressure.
